Everything you should know for your session in the EE system
- Before your session
Focus your energy on what you want to attract and not on what you no longer want.
Drink plenty of water to allow the energy received to circulate well in your body.
- During your session
Each visit should last a minimum of two hours.
Maintain a receptive energetic state by meditating, sleeping, or resting without any distraction.
- After your session
Nourish your body with organic, non-artificially processed foods.
Be consistent in your EE System sessions and take the recommended salt bath after each session, find the recipe here.
What to bring to your EE session
For your comfort, purchase a blanket and eye mask in our store, or bring your own from home. You can also bring noise-canceling headphones for complete silence. Don’t forget your bottle of water!
Anti EMF zone
In order to maximize the benefits felt and maintain an EMF free zone in the Energy Room, we ask that you put your phone in Silent mode, and place it in the anti-EMF container next to your seat.

EE system night session
What to expect during an energy room night session
Maximize the benefits of the EE System by sleeping 10 hours straight in the Energy Room.
- Night session duration
The night session begins at 9:30 p.m. and ends at 7:30 a.m. the next day. Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts.
- Sleeping arrangement
Up to 6 people at a time can book an overnight session in the Energy Room. Each bed includes sheets, a blanket and a pillow which are washed between each client. We are also happy to offer you the night session experience on ecological, anti-bacterial mattresses made in Quebec!
A Vivastrom employee will be present throughout the session. You will have access to the bathroom, please note that there is no shower on site.

Before your departure at 7:30, you will be served a fresh juice full of vitamins to start off your day the right way!
